This review it for letting and selling property. I first came across James and his team a few years ago when I was trying to sell a property. The property had been placed with a large Estate agents for 3 months with NO VIEWINGS at all. Eventually I was able to release my property and place with another Agent, that’s when I discovered Ridgeway and James. He sold my property within a week minimising the stress and worry, I was so grateful to him, so when I asked him if he could help me find a tenant for my property I was so pleased they offered this service too. I have now been with Ridgeway for 4 years and they have been exemplary, James and his team have found tenants for me since and all my tenants love him, in turn that helps me keep them. I couldn’t be happier with the service and relationship I have with Ridgeway and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere.
